DELIVERY & RETURNS

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All orders shipped within Australia include free express shipping with Australia Post. Allow 1-3 business days for domestic orders, depending on your location.

INTERNATIONAL

All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Depending on your destination country and the order purchase value, you may be required by your local customs authority to pay additional duties and taxes upon arrival. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay these charges, not BRÉSAC. Please make the necessary enquiries prior to purchase.

Please note that BRÉSAC is unable to refund duties and taxes for international orders which are returned.

RETURNS + REFUNDS

BRESAC offers full refunds for any purchase made through BRESAC.COM, subject to the following conditions.

CONDITIONS

BRESAC encourages you to try on your sunglasses at your convenience. In the unlikely event you wish to return an item please ensure it is returned in new, original, unused, unmodified and unmarked condition. Items must be kept in all original, undamaged packaging and to be returned in the original shipping mailer.

You must request a return form for your item within 10 days of receiving the item by emailing info@bresac.com with your order number. The return form must be printed, filled out and provided with the returned item. BRÉSAC will be unable to process your return if this form is missing.

If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us immediately at info@bresac.com.

BRÉSAC does not cover any costs associated with shipping of returned goods, this is to be at the customer’s expense. BRÉSAC will not be responsible for any lost or undelivered returns, and for this reason, we recommend shipping returned goods with a tracked and/or registered service. For international orders, the original cost of shipping is non-refundable.

All domestic and international returns have a period of 10 days from an item’s delivery date to request a refund. After the expiry of the 10 day period, no refund can be offered for change of mind.

BRÉSAC reserves the rights to refuse a refund should any of the above conditions not be met.

REFUNDS

Once a return has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email from BRÉSAC.

Please note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear in your account once processed, due to varying processing times between providers. Please contact your bank with any enquiries.
